In September 2025, the exhibition In Full Bloom will open during the Berlin Art Week at the Alter Kiosk Steglitz – a new off-space initiative in bourgeois Berlin-Steglitz that presents contemporary art in a special setting. Miriam Vlaming will be the first artist to kick off this promising exhibition series.
Entitled In Full Bloom, the exhibition is dedicated to the theme of unfolding – both in terms of content and form. The resilience of artistic biographies is revealed in all its diversity, between new beginnings, blossoming and decay. Vlaming’s works impressively open up this multi-layered dialog.
Works by Christian Achenbach, Beza, Nicole Bianchet, Norbert Bisky, Anna Borowy, Jonas Burgert, Philip Groezinger, Ernst Handl, Halina Hildebrand, Marianna Ignataki, Alicja Kwade, Rosa Leu, Kareem Lotfy, Jonathan Meese and David Nicholson, among others, are expected in the course of the exhibition series.
